Therefore, we ask for 8–15 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
We do offer express shipping (additional charges apply), with delivery in 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Each piece is made to order with care. Hence, we do not process cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order is confirmed, and payment is received. Production typically begins within a few hours to ensure timely delivery.
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide easy exchanges between sizes and styles. Additionally, you can opt for a Credit Voucher/ Gift Card for the return amount. The Credit Voucher/ Gift Card has a validity of 3 months and can be used fully or partially on future purchases.
You can request an exchange or credit note within 15 days of receiving your order. However, an intimation for the return/exchange must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for both return or exchange.
