Exchange Policy

If your order doesn’t fit right or feels too loose, don’t worry — we’re happy to help! You can exchange your item for another size or style.

While we’re flexible with exchanges, we aim to minimize them for quality and hygiene reasons. So please refer to our size chart or chat with our stylist on WhatsApp before placing your order — we’d love to guide you!

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

• We offer an exchange period of 15 working days from the date of delivery.

• The first exchange is free. Any additional exchange will incur a Rs 200 reverse pickup fee.    
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A product is eligible for a maximum of three exchanges. Need help choosing the right fit or style? Our stylists are always here to assist you!

PLEASE NOTE

• We do not offer Returns, Refunds or Credit Notes. 
• Products can only be exchanged for another size subject to availability. 
• Customised products, with respect to size and design are non-returnable and are non-exchangeable. Need help with measurements? Our stylist is happy to assist you with a custom size chart or any special requirements.
