How do I initiate an exchange?

1. Contact our support team via phone/WhatsApp or email with your order details.

2. Our team will review your request and confirm exchange eligibility.

3. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.

4. Our Customer Care Executive will assist you throughout the exchange process and ensure a smooth resolution within 48–72 hours.

What Items Are Exchangeable?

You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. However, an intimation for the exchange must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for exchange.

To qualify, items must be:
✔️ In original condition
✔️ Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
✔️ Returned in their original packaging

Are There Any Charges for Exchanges?

• Your first reverse pickup & exchange is FREE
• Subsequent exchanges will incur a Rs 200 reverse pickup and shipping fee
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

When Will I Receive My Exchange Item?

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll get an email confirming its receipt.
• If approved, we’ll process your exchange (subject to availability).
