Each piece is made to order with care. Hence, we do not process cancellations or modifications once an order is confirmed, and payment is received. Production typically begins within a few hours to ensure timely delivery.

You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. However, an intimation for the exchange must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for exchange.
